1. Acceptance

By using ioCresco you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ioCresco on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Proper use

You agree not to:

• decompile, modify or reverse engineer the app;
• use the app for illegal purposes or to infringe the rights of others;
• circumvent the security mechanisms.

4. User content

You are solely responsible for the data you enter (photos, measurements, notes). You remain the owner of your content: ioCresco claims no rights over it.

5. Medical disclaimer

ioCresco is an informational tracking tool and in NO case replaces the advice of a pediatrician or a healthcare professional. The WHO percentiles shown are a general reference and do not constitute a diagnosis or clinical advice. If you have any doubts about your child's growth or health, always consult your pediatrician.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the app, including loss of data. Back up your data regularly.

7. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time, even without notice.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes, the competent court is that of the consumer, as provided by law.
